I have used metro chem-dry for years. They are always very courteous, professional and do an amazing job. I’ve had the same technicians over the course of many years. I have referred them to many people over the years and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

I’ve used Metro Chem Dry for years! I have used other companies in the past before them and my carpets would get dirty fast and just not come out very clean. I have NEVER had a problem with Chem Dry, my carpets ALWAYS come out clean and stay that way. I don’t know how they do it, but my carpet always look so great, I have cream carpet with kids. I generally have Brett, clean my home and he has been with Chem Dry for years, that says a lot about the company. He’s cleaned my home for years and I have never had a problem leaving them at my home alone! Can’t say enough about the company! I don’t use anyone else! Use them, their service is great, which is very rare these days!!

Great company. Friendly, efficient, thorough. The costs added up quickly when I added extra cleaning because we have an older dog. But we were mostly concerned about odor, so I got everything. It seems to be worth it, however, because today is a humid day and I can’t smell anything! The carpet looks 100% better.

Great company!! Friendly and great service! I believe the guy who came was named Steve, he was very friendly and did a great job!! Wish I would’ve taken a before pic of the stairs, there were some tough stains on them and was thinking of replacing the carpet, but he got them all out and they look brand new!!
